Please read the instruction for use carefully before performing the test.
1. For whole blood, serum or plasma specimen
a. Bring specimens to room temperature before testing.
b. Take out the test cassette and place it on a clean level surface.
c. Transfer 10μL serum/plasma specimen to the specimen well and then add 80 μL of specimen diluent to the specimen well.
d. Wait 15 minutes and read result immediately. The results will be invalid after more than 20 minutes.
2. For whole blood specimen
a. Take out the test cassette and place it on a clean level surface.
b. Disinfection: Use alcohol prep pad to clean one of any fingers.
c. Blood collection: Use blood lancet to prick the fingertip and squeeze the finger to bleed. ( as shown in figure 1)
d. Use the dropper to take 20μL of finger tip blood (about 1 drop), and add to the specimen diluent tube. (as shown in figure 2 and figure 3) Close the lid tightly and shake the specimen diluent tube to mix it well.
e. Use the dropper to take the diluted blood and add 80μL (about 4 drops) to the specimen well. (as shown in figure 4 ) Avoiding trapping air bubbles in the specimen well.
f. Wait 15 minutes and read result immediately. The results will be invalid after more than 20 minutes.
